Dr. Lloyd Tilt is a licensed dental specialist in Periodontics and Dental Implants. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah, then his Dental Degree, Master of Science Degree and Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from Loyola University of Chicago. In addition to conventional periodontal and implant services, Dr. Tilt has pioneered the use of lasers in the comprehensive treatment of periodontal disease. His research has been published in three peer-reviewed dental journal articles and one dental text.
Dr. Tilt has lectured nationally on periodontal treatment and lasers in periodontics in venues sponsored by the American Academy of Periodontology, the North American Society of Periodontology, the Academy of General Dentistry, the World Congress on Minimally Invasive Dentistry and others. He is a clinical instructor for the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry to share his knowledge and experience throughout his specialty. Dr. Tilt is also a member of the Utah and American Dental Associations, the American Academy of Periodontology and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
