Dr. Andrew Satlin received his D.D.S. from the Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific and went on to the USC for his residency in Periodontics. He received the annual student award for outstanding achievements in periodontics from the American Academy of Periodontology and is board certified. Dr. Satlin is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, West LA Dental Society and the American Academy of Periodontology. He is a member of the Academy of Osseointegration and the Alpha Omega dental society. He has been practicing periodontics in southern California since 1994 and was an associate clinical professor at the USC School of dentistry for many years.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Satlin is a fellow and a certified instructor with the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. He lectures nationally and trains dentists in new innovative and minimally invasive surgical procedures. His practice involves all aspects of surgical, non surgical, laser periodontal treatment and dental Implant surgery. He has considerable experience in pre-prosthetic surgery, bone and soft tissue augmentation and various forms of periodontal regeneration.
