COURSE INFOTeaching MethodLecture with hands-on clinical training Course ObjectiveThe doctor will become proficient in the use of the pulsed Nd:YAG laser during LPT, and will learn patient management strategies and post-operative examinations following LPT. CE CreditThe Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry designates this activity for 8 hours continuing education credits. PrerequisiteSuccessful completion of LP course. Rationale – Attendees must have a basic understanding of Laser Periodontal Therapy (LPT), and be able to contrast this with conventional periodontal surgery.
