Dr. John Bissell, DDS, MS is the Assistant Professor of the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the Naval Post Graduate Dental School Department of Periodontics.
Dr. Bissell is a practicing periodontist since 1999. Born and raised in Iowa, he graduated from the University of Iowa before joining the Navy. He practice for 10 years in the Navy as a periodontist before going into private practice.
Dr. Bissell married his high school sweetheart and has three children. He resides in Bethesda, MA and hopes to retire to Asia someday.
