Dr. Jonathan Tiger is a leading periodontist in the Pomona and Central Valley, NY area. He completed the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2002. At the time, he wanted to further his knowledge of general dentistry so he spent one year doing a General Practice Residency at Coler-Goldwater Memorial Hospital on Roosevelt Island in New York. His studies then took him to South Florida at the Nova Southeastern University in Davie. There, he was trained in all aspects of periodontology, as well as, bone and sinus grafting along with implant surgery.
Dr. Tiger is certified by the American Board of Periodontology and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology. He is among the first periodontal specialists in Rockland County to offer the LANAP protocol. In 2017, Dr. Tiger became a Certified Instructor of the LANAP protocol at the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry (IALD).
